Oven BBQ Chicken Drumsticks

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2015
This was absolutely delicious! I didn't have dry mustard on hand so I used a couple of squirts of regular mustard and it was still very good. I will be making this again!

Yummy Pork Chops

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2015
I didn't care for this recipe at all but my husband went back for seconds which is the only reason I'm giving it three stars. I followed the recipe as written with the exception of seasoning my meat prior to putting in the skillet. Unless my husband requests it, I will not be making it again.

Shrimp Stir-Fry

This was a very quick and easy recipe. I took the advice of previous reviewers and made sure to add some extra seasonings for flavor. It was very tasty and a very good looking dish. I will be making this again.

Bacon-Wrapped Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2012
My husband absolutely loved this recipe. I used sauteed onions and green peppers along with the cream cheese for my filling. I only cooked for about 35 minutes and they were perfect. Will definitely be making this again.

Gravy Baked Pork Chops

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2010
I seasoned my meat with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, used Cream of Chicken instead of Cream of Mushroom Soup and chicken broth instead of water. Other than I followed the recipe as written and it was absolutely delicious. Since some of the reviews indicated that the meat was not as tender as they hoped, I covered my pan with foil and the chops came out very moist and tender.

Julia's Easy Slow Cooker Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2009
Very simple recipe. I used thighs and legs (which I seasoned with a little salt, pepper and garlic powder) and instead of cream of mushroom soup I used cream of chicken. I also replaced the milk with chicken broth. The chicken fell right off the bone.

Beef Tips

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2009
Good recipe. Since previous reviews indicated the dish was too salty I cut the soy sauce down to 1 TBSP. I didn't have the gravy packet so I dredged my meat in flour prior to browning it and it created a nice and thick gravy. The taste was different and interesting.

Campbell's Kitchen Beef Stir-Fry

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2009
Loved it! I realized once I started cooking that I didn't have any soy sauce so I substituted it with Worcestershire sauce not sure of what to expect but it turned out delicious. I also seasoned my meat prior to cooking for more flavor. I will definitely be making this quick and tasty dish again.

It's Chili by George!!

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2009
Loved it!! I wanted a hearty chili so based on other reviews I used diced tomatoes in place of the tomato juice. I also used two cans of kidney beans (omitting the pinto beans) and a jar of salsa for a special kick. Oh my goodness this chili was soooo good!

Beef Stew II

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2009
This recipe was delicious. I used beef broth in place of the water and I also added my carrots and potatoes about 2 1/2 hrs into the cooking time to prevent them from being overcooked. My husband enjoyed it! I took some over to my parents house for them to try and now they want me to make them a pot! This is the second recipe by Corwynn that I've tried and both were very, very good!

Chicken Pot Pie II

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2009
My husband has been asking me to make a pot pie for some time now. I was relunctant to make one because I thought I would mess it up but I came across this recipe and it is definitely a keeper! After reading some of the other reviews, I decided to add potatoes to the filling. I was able to fill two deep dish pie crusts with this recipe. I couldn't have expected a better dish, especially with this being my first attempt ever at making a pot pie.

Fried Dill Pickles

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2009
I love this recipe. The only thing I changed was to add a little more pepper than the recipe called for because I like pepper...LOL. I will definitely be making these again.

Easy Chicken Rice Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2009
This was a very simple and tasty recipe. After reading some of the other reviews, I decided to add my own twist as I like a lot of flavor also. I only used 1 1/4 cup milk and I used about 1/2 cup of chicken broth. I also seasoned my chicken with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and creole seasoning prior to adding it to the soup mixture. I had to stir every 20 minutes to prevent sticking even though I greased my dish as instructed. This recipe is definitely a keeper!
