This was good, everyone else loved it. If they would rate it, it would get 5 stars. My personal preference says it should get 4 stars. Thanks.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2006
My grandson asked me if I had any chocolate chip cookies. I didn't have any, but found this recipe which sounded great. We ended up with 3 dozen large cookies. By the end of the day, there weren't any left! Thanks for sharing.

Excellent recipe! I didn't have any red food coloring, but had green, so mine was more like "green velvet cake"! Thanks for sharing.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2006
We had this for Sunday lunch. Everyone loved it. I had hoped more of the sugar and ketchup flavor would be in the meat since I am a sweets lover. :) Next time, I'll add some of the glaze mixture to the meat mixture. Absolutely a great recipe and I will be making this often. Thank you so much for sharing.

Banana Oatmeal Cookies I

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2006
This recipe does not make a crunchy cookie. If you prefer a crunchy cookie, don't try it. If, however, you enjoy the wonderful tast of banana, chocolate chips and oatmeal, you will love these. They are like little cakes. Delicious. I got 6 dozen cookies, but I used a rounded teaspoon. I will definitely be making these often! Thanks for sharing!

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2006
All of the 5 star reviews are true! I'm so glad my daughter told me about this recipe! My husband and I had one tonight because they looked and smelled so good, we just had to have one. We'll have them for breakfast too. I'm taking some in to the ladies at work tomorrow. Absolutely great. This recipe made 13 large muffins. There was just the right amount of topping. I just sprinkled the topping on until it was gone. Thank you Lisa for sharing this outstanding recipe.

I can't say enough about this fried chicken. I made it for a staff dinner and had many requests for the recipe. This is the best fried chicken there is. It just doesn't get better.

On Father's Day, our church has the ladies bake pies for the fathers. This year I decided to try a different apple pie recipe. This one is definitely a winner. This is by far the best apple pie I've ever tasted. Thanks so much for sharing.

Garlic Top Sirloin Pot Roast

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2006
This is very tasty! I used top round roast. My husband put in pressure cooker to tenderize it. Next time, I'll brown first and see if that takes it over the top. Will make again.

I baked this WONDERFUL crust at 350 degrees for 6 minutes, shut the oven off and let it in the oven for another 2 minutes. I added less than a teaspoon of melted margarine per pie. Used this crust with No Bake Peanut Butter Pie. Awesome recults.
