Sauteed Swiss Chard with Parmesan Cheese
I love greens, but I'm not crazy about the parm cheese so did not add that in or the butter.

Balsamic Vinegar and Ginger Bok Choy
it was ok, didn;t use baby choy thou or capers (since not crazy about it).

Chipotle Crusted Pork Tenderloin
It was delicious! Just a small warning - I didn't realize that it was a tenderloin and used pork chops and that's probably why it came out extremly spicy!!!!
