Baby Back Ribs
This rating is given for the recipe as originally provided. If the original recipe had included the dry rub mentioned in the reviews as well as the tip to grill with additional sauce as the finishing touch, the review would absolutely have been 5 stars. I tried the ribs after baking but before grilling and was much happier with them after being grilled. However, the cooking method described was very helpful as a key part of the process.

Ranch Dressing II
I was looking for something to use as a dip, as my current buttermilk dressing recipe is a bit on the thin side for dipping. This was not good at all. This was the least successful recipe I have ever tried. My mayo and sour cream taste perfectly fine apart and are well within freshness dates, but when I mixed them and added the spices, it just tasted weird. No, not weird, nasty - tangy in a bad way and bitter. I'll see if I can make my other recipe a bit thicker instead.

Ma Bethie's Zucchini Bake
This was okay. Mine turned out more like a quiche than a bread, though, which I like but my husband doesn't, which meant I had to come up with a new side dish at the last minute. Since zucchini varies so widely in size, it is helpful when recipes are specific. I have zucchini that are 4 inches long and some that are 12-18 inches long! I picked 3 medium for this recipe, which I think would have been about 2-1/2 cups. I don't know, from the way it turned out, whether I had too much or not enough. I'll stick with my zucchini and tomato recipe for side dishes.
