I had to change a few things. I didn't measure the oil. I skipped the flour, oregano, poultry seasoning and potatoes. I used fresh parsley, dried marjoram, and about 1/2 the amount of thyme. I also used raw chicken that I browned right there in the pan after sauteing the veggies a bit. So, I guess I changed a lot of things, but I used this recipe as a starting point, and just used what I had at home already. But I'm sure it's great as written here. I giving this 5 stars because it helped me make exactly what I wanted, and you have to love that.
