T's Sweet Potato Fries
No leftovers. I put the cut up sweet potatoes in a large zip lock bag, sprinkled with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt and pepper. Let set in bag 30 minutes, turning bag, then baked for 40 minutes, turning after 20 minutes.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing
Don't be afraid to try this. Everyone I have made this for, keeps asking for more. I have made it with fresh herbs and with dried, comes out great both ways.

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes
WOW...very good. The only thing I added to this recipe was rub the outside of the potatoes with olive oil, & sprinkle with garlic powder, salt & pepper. Added garlic powder to the mixture. Everyone is always begging me to make more.
