Spicy Fish Soup
INCREDIBLE !!!! I am a vegetarian, so I didn't taste it. My husband said it was FANTASTIC, and he usually doesn't rave about food. I omitted the shrimp and yogurt, as he doesn't eat shell fish or dairy. I doubled the cod & used canned, diced tomatoes that have peppers in it...in addition to what the recipe called for. He actually woke up the next morning and said that he had a dream about this soup...LOL. It was so easy to make. I will never let him see the recipe because he thinks that it was difficult to make and took all day :)

Blueberry Zucchini Bread
My husband HATES zucchini. I told him he would like it in bread but he didn't belirve me. He shreaded the zucchini & was in shock when I mixed it in. I found this recipe yesterday & read the reviews. I too did not think blueberries & zucchini would be a good combo, but I trusted the others who have tried it. WHAT A HIT!!!! oh my gosh!!! SO YUMMY! I went with 1 1/2 c white sugar & 3/4 c. brown. The batter didn't look like what I was expecting...but I didn't make any other changes. I divided the batter in 1/2....1/2 I used frozed/thawed blueberries which were wonderful & 1/2 dried cranberries. I made 1 mini loaf and 4 muffins from each. I'm sure the bread will be great...but we were too full from eating the muffins. Next time I'll try pineapple. Thanks for posting this!
