Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2012
This was delightful! My kids loved it, and I couldn't get my husband out of the bowl! I didn't have dill but I don't think it mattered. I will definetely make this again. It was really easy too.

I didn't have all the ingredients, for ex:whipping cream, parm cheese, parsley, but nonetheless this was amazing!! I loved them! this is definitely a no fail recipe! You wont have to follow it to the T. It's an awesome blueprint to add and remove to your own tastes. Excellent 5 stars I say!

Broccoli, Rice, Cheese, and Chicken Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2009
My 2 small kids loved it, my boyfriend loved and even I thought it was pretty good. I used 1 can of cream of celery instead of mushroom Or cream of chicken because that was all I had. I also used several different kind of cheeses like sliced cheese, shredded taco cheese and some monterrey chedder. It was very tasty. I used boneless chicken breast also. Others who do the same may want to cook chicken half way(at least) before putting in oven because my dish took about an hour and 15 minutes because I placed casserole in oven with the chicken practically raw I just sauteed for a couple mins. It was very good and it was not soupy at all. It was thick and very filling! No leftover tonight!

Cheese-Stuffed Shells in Marinara Sauce

Reviewed: May 3, 2006
Oh man this was as good as it gets! But I do have to admit that i added alot of my own seasoning to the sauce and the cheese. Otherwise it may have been a little bland. Garlic powder, salt, pepper, adobo seasoning, they all work good. mmm it was very good and my husband loved it, my mom loved it and my 3 year old ate about 4 of them!

Buckeyes I

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2006
They tasted very good, no doubt about it. They were extremely frustrating to make for me. They were so hard to roll into a ball shape because they were so dry. The chocolate was a disaster in the double broiler, i put them in the microwave for 30 secs and they turned out fine. I found them to be way to sweet. 4 cups of sugar would have been better then 6. Even though they tasted good I will not make them again because of the trouble.

Cooking Light magazine's Lazy Lasagna

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2006
I made this for dinner tonite. It was my first ever attempt at lasagna and I was impressed. It was very good. However I made alot of my own changes. I made it high fat, didnt have much cottage cheese so i used alot of shredded mozz, I boiled dry noodles instead of buying precooked because it was way cheaper, and made extra sauce out of diced tomaotes. First attemt at lasagna was great! In my opinion the recipe does not call for enough cheese, and sauce, so I doubled it!
