Curried Coconut Chicken

I cook curry almost everyday but this is one of my fave! Next time though, I'll add more curry powder as I love strong curry flavor! I added some potatoes into this curry stew and it was fantastic!

Creamy Rice Pudding

Simply awesome. I only had half the milk so I ended up using a lot of soy milk mixed with dairy milk. It was a great hit at a party I went to!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

What an awesome bread for holiday parties! I baked two loaves for a party tonight and they were gone in no time before they got cold! Add more milk than the recipe calls for, otherwise it is rock hard. I made this twice and added more milk the second time.

Oriental Cold Noodle Salad

What a great Asian noodle recipe! I'm Korean and I crave cold noodles in the summer time. This was perfect for my boyfriend who can't eat something too spicy. This was just right amount of spicy for my American friends too! I added a bit of Vietnamese dipping sauce to make it more exotic...turned out so refreshing!

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

Wow! This is soooooo good and I make it almost every Sunday night! Sometimes I don't have artichoke so I just skip it and this dip still tastes super. I tried using sour cream as well as mayo and they both taste great although I like it with low fat sour cream as a healthy choice! We eat this with sour dough bread chips, totilla chips, crackers or bagels...All are great!

Donut Muffins

Terrible! Terrible! I ended up eating so many of these in one seating, it's terrible for my diet!!! I even used only half the sugar indicated and it's plenty sweet and yummy. Nutmeg really is a good flavor. I didn't have white sugar for the dusting so I used powdered sugar and cinnamon mix which made them taste super yummy. This is the most evil-good recipe I've read/tried so far.

Oven Fresh Seasoned Potato Wedges

I love the seasoning in this recipe! Instead of baking in the oven that takes over an hour, I just pan-fried those wedges after I microwaved them for 3 min. They turned out perfect and crispy,and only took 10 min total!!! I make them very often~~~.

Indian Chicken Curry (Murgh Kari)

This is something I make quite often in my home. You can vary ingredients and spices, but it always turn out great. You don't have to use half cup of oil though. I only use a few table spoons of oil and it's plenty yummy!!!

Caramelized Spicy Pumpkin Seeds

Fantastic! I couldn't stop eating these. As reviewers suggested I used butter instead of police oil, but it turned out a bit greasy. Next time I will use half the butter. The spice mixture was delicious. Now I need to go buy another pumpkin so I can make more of these!!!

Roasted Brussels Sprouts

These were the best brussel sprouts I've ever had! I halved the sprouts and microwaved for 2-3 minutes, then coated them in the oil+seasoning+garlic powder. Also, I roasted these in 425 degree oven for 15-20 minutes (depends on the amount you cook, you should look inside the oven frequently). I can eat the whole stalk full of these!

Chef John's Chicken and Dumplings

I LOVE this soup! This big dumpling was a huge hit. I used chicken thighs instead of a whole chicken which saved time, and the meat was tender. I didn't have any creme fraiche available so used yogurt instead, plus some chicken broth in the dough, and the dumpling was very smooth and flavorful. I will make this again on any time I need warm comfort food!!!

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

The best! I didn't change the recipe except that I had some fresh Ginger so I used that, and my bf and I finished the fillet before we knew! The pungent ginger flavor was awesome.

Scottish Oat Scones

This was definitely a yummy scone, way better than what you get from coffee shops. It's light and you can really taste oatmeal which is my favorite ingredient. Thanks for the recipe!!!
