I made these even healthier by substituting stevia in the raw for sugar, unsweetened applesauce for butter, and four egg whites for the eggs and they still tasted good

Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies II

Ive been making these cookies for years. Even when i didnt have eggs or the baking soda....they still come out looking and tasting (better) then the soft kind you find in the stores like entenmanns. I freeze them and then put them in the microwave and therye the best. Anyone who comes over asks for them. I find myself making them once a week because when I make them I only get about 20 out of the recipe. Still the best!
