Quick and Easy Mexican Chicken

This was awesome, but I did change a couple of things after reading reviews. 1) I used taco seasoning instead of the spices listed. 2) I put down a bed of black beans under the chicken breasts before baking. 3) I added cheese after baking the chicken for 10 minutes and just continued cooking until the cheese was bubbly. My kids liked it, so that makes the recipe a real winner!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Perfect score. I read other reviews before making and made the following changes: 1 tbsp butter only, 1/2 pound of mushrooms and 1 cup of dry white wine added with the chicken and dressing mix. The chicken was perfectly tender and the sauce not too salty.

Easy and Elegant Pork Tenderloin

Good and easy. I did marinate the tenderloin in italian dressing before breading. I didn't need nearly so much breading as is called for in the recipe.

The almond filling is great, although I did follow the suggestion of another reviewer and used the whole tube of almond paste with a bit of water. Unfortunately, I really am not a fan of puff pastry. I would not make this recipe again unless I can find a way to replicate the denser, tart-like crust of the actual french cake.
