As other reviewers noted, this recipe can easily be changed to suit your personal tastes. However it is great as is. One suggestion: after greasing my pan, I line it with foil and grease that. When bars are baked, I remove them by lifting the foil out. They are much easier to cut that way. I pack two in a snack-size bag and freeze them in a resealable freezer bag. So easy to grab for my husband's lunch or a quick breakfast. mmm!
