Greek Penne and Chicken
I made this for dinner on Saturday evening. My husband and I enjoyed it. I did use Marinated Artichoke hearts and used some of the marinade when browning the chicken. It was just OK that night. We had A LOT left over, so we ended up eating it again on Sunday afternoon. I decided to make more sauce as I thought the pasta was a little dry. I used some chicken broth, 2 pats of butter and a splash of heavy cream. I then dumped in the left overs....WOW! Totally great that way. When I make this again, I will make a light cream sauce...it coated the pasta and tasted like it came from an expensive italian restaurant. My daughter and husband (and me!!!) loved it!!!!

Creamed Turkey with Bow Ties
My 12 year old daughter made this last night. The recipe was easy to follow and it was a quick, comforting meal. We left out the celery as none of us like it. The only reason I did not rate this a "5" was that I thought the sauce could be a little thicker. I will try to add a little flour or cornstarch to it next time. Otherwise, it was good and hubby loved it too.

Pumpkin Fluff Dip
Loved it! I also used less Whipped Topping, somewhere between 8oz and the 12oz container. I used lite whipped topping. I took it to our goodie night at Bible Study and everyone agreed that it was great. I also brought to work and it was GONE! I served with both graham cracker sticks and Ginger snaps....I liked the Ginger snap combo. I will make this again.
