Zucchini Casserole I

I took some suggestions from other reviews and added garlic powder, italian seasonings and mushrooms. It came out great...very flavorful. It would make a great side dish at holidays.

Banana Banana Bread

This bread was fantastic! Don't use the toothpick rule when checking if it's done. All the banana sticks to the pick...it's that moist!!! This is my new favorite banana bread recipe. I used 5 large banana's which were very ripe (brown). I wouldn't change a thing!

Kowloon's Chinese Chicken Wings

I was dissapointed. I usually bake my wings...it's much less messy and isn't as fatty. I thought these would be the wings from the Kowloon restauraunt in Saugas, MA. This recipe didn't come close. It was just okay.

Grilled Sausages with Caramelized Onions and Apples

I used apple juice in place of the vinegar...I also cooked the appels and onions over med-high heat to carmelize better. The outcome was fantastic! A sticky delicious treat. I topped it onto a wheat bun and the entire family enjoyed it, even my three year old.

Caramelized Baked Chicken

I used this recipe on whole breasts...the outside was absolutely delicious. The flavor didn't reach the inside of the chicken...but I would make this one again. Next time I'll do wings. I also cooked the mix beforehand like someone else suggested and it carmelized beautifully!

Roast Leg of Lamb with Rosemary

This was the first time I've made a leg of lamb. It won't be my last! This recipe was better than delicious! My husband loves lamb and I made it for his birthday...he was very surprized and happy that I attempted the lamb. Then he tasted it! Mmmmmm...don't change a thing in this recipe. It's perfect!

Children's Delight Cookies

I didn't realize until it was too late that this makes sooo many cookies. I had to hunt in my kitchen to find a bowl big enough to mix it all. I was hoping that I had realized it ahead of time so that I could cut the batch in half. Then I tasted a warm cookie...oh my goodness! These are delicious. I wouldn't change a thing...not even the amount.
