Molten Chocolate Cakes With Sugar-Coated Raspberries

I made this recipe for my attorney Eric's birthday since this is his favorite dessert. This recipe was so easy. Once the dessert cooled, I sprinkled more chocolate chips over the top and then heated it back up when we served it at work and then added the raspberries. Eric was so impressed and said these molten cakes tasted better than the ones his mother made. That made me extremely happy -- thank you for sharing such a simple and DELICIOUS recipe!

Mustard and Veggie Pasta Salad

I found this recipe last summer when I needed a meatless salad to take to a barbecue for some vegetarian friends. Luckily for me, I had made a large bowl because everyone there absolutely loved it. I had to share the recipe and have been making it ever since. I LOVE the dressing and have been using other combinations of vegetables but the dressing is what makes this salad! Thanks for sharing it.

Uncooked Banana Pudding

I have made this recipe for very large functions (and have had to bring copies of the recipe with me to pass out). Even folks who have said they don't like banana pudding taste it and rave about it once they've heard others talk about how good it is. Very simple to make -- it's just unbelievable! I usually do a layer of pudding, layer of cookies, another layer of pudding, layer of cookies, layer of pudding, lots of bananas in the center, and then another layer of pudding, layer of cookies, layer of pudding, layer of cookies and then a layer of pudding. On the top, I push cookies down the side and then make a beautiful design with the cookies for the top. Always a hit because people love a lot of cookies.
