Tasty Tuna Burgers

these are really tasty. my only comment is that after cooking, they were still kinda mushy. I got a nice crisp on the outside, but i'd like it if the inside felt a bit more cooked; maybe i did something wrong? Next time i'm going to try baking them

Curried Quinoa

OMG i just finished making this and it is fantastic!! i read other reviews and i also added lemon juice, onion, garam masala and replaced the ancho chile powder for chili powder (as i didn't have the other). i will definitely make this again, but next time i think i'll add some carrots and celery, mushrooms would be good too i think. thanks for this great dish!

i thought these were pretty good! i would like to figure out how to alter the sauce a bit to make it a bit more tangy/sweet and thicker...other than that, great recipe, thanks for sharing!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

First off, the cookies do taste very good, BUT and it's a big but, the dough is absolutely ridiculous to handle. I read all the reviews and followed tips, i put in 3 cups of sugar and added an extra tsp of vanilla. I refrigerated it for 3 hours...and still, that was the stickiest mess. I added extra flour but it didn't help. I just ended up doing little balls and flattening them on the cookie sheet. I don't think it's worth the effort, i'll stick to Betty Crocker.

Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast

The meat does come out extremely tender, but i really found the taste to be lacking. Seems to me it needs more seasoning...just something was missing and i'm not sure of what. It's good just to get the meat so tender, i'm going to use the left overs as filling for pork enchiladas.

Bolognese Stuffed Bell Peppers

This was pretty tasty, i tried it with green, yellow and red bell peppers. I would like it to be more tomatoey in flavor, so i guess next time i'll add more sauce or eliminate the rice. I bit too much rice for my taste, maybe i'll try orzo like another recommended. Thanks for sharing!

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

I thought this was really great!! Definitely easy as well. I think next time I'll add some fresh basil. I followed someone else's suggestion of cooking the butter with the minced garlic first. Definitely recommend this.

Chewy Coconut Cookies

OMG, these cookies are awesome! Very tasty and chewy indeed. I took some suggestions from other comments and added a cup of chocolate chips and upped the vanilla extract to a full teaspoon. Next time i think i'd add coconut extract and a bit more coconut. Fantastic, the only problem is that this recipe makes a small batch, so next time, definitely making double. Thanks for this great recipe!

This was really pretty good, only just a bit too thick. Had the consistnecy of being thick like grits. Next time i'll follow the suggestion of others and thin it out, but other then that, a great taste!

Lavender Shortbread Cookies

These are very interesting/different cookie. A nice change from the ordinary, and what a really unique taste. I didn't have access to any fresh mint or lavender, so i used dry. These would be awesome with some Earl Grey tea, but i enjoyed them with my coke zero nontheless. I think these would be really nice for a baby shower...i brought them to work and got some mixed respnses, but personally, i thought they were really good. the only thing i'd do differently next time is to add more lemon zest ( i love lemon) and scale back on the mint. I followed the suggestion of another poster who said to roll them into 2 separat logs and then cut with a knife, that made prep time really quick and nice uniform cookies.

This was very good, the chicken was very tender as i was removing it from the crock pot, and the juices, mmm, yummy! i had it with some wild rice and it was great! i think next time, i'd add more garlic

This dish was great! I added a bag of frozen veggies to it so it would be more then just meat and potatoes. I also cooked it longer for more flavor. Very good!

Chicken Perkelt

Very Good!! The only thing I changed was to do 1 cube of boullion and no salt- as the recipe states it was almost too salty the first time, so these minor tweaks did the trick. Great meal.
