Chicken Tetrazzini for a Crowd

Made this for a 4th of July BBQ. Looked great, but tasted just OK. Nothing spectacular and the pound cake seemed to dry out. Next year will look for a different patriotic dessert.

Awesome flavor! Used red peppers instead of green to make it look prettier and served over white rice. Next time will add some salt and sugar. This recipe makes a large portion.

These are so delicious and easy. Will never eat a store-bought frozen burrito again. I added sliced black olives and fresh cilantro and didn't skimp on the pepper-jack cheese.

Ham, Potato and Broccoli Casserole

I gave this 5 stars because it freezes very well and is easy to put together. It tastes really good too. I am always looking for dishes that I can make ahead of time and freeze for my family or to give to friends with new babies. I used tater-tots.

This was delicious. Based on other reviews, I added 1/2 package frozen spinach, chicen broth rather than water, and 1 can tomato sauce & 1 can diced tomatos. Will certainly make again!
