About this Cook
Not much to tell really. I have always enjoyed food & now I enjoy preparing it as well. I will never be a great chef but I do like seeing the look of enjoyment on someones face if they really like something I have made.
My favorite things to cook
Chilli, pizza, cookies, chicken dishes, pasta, BBQ anything, cakes, bread, candies... just about anything
My cooking triumphs
I make great chilli but I don't have a set recipie for that, just pretty much fly off the cuff when I make that. I also have a wonderful stuffed chicken in spicy red pepper tomatoe sauce that I'm pretty proud of.
My cooking tragedies
When I was 11 I stayed at home one evening durring my brother's baseball tournement in order to prepare dinner as a treat for my family. HUGE MISTAKE. My attempt at curried chicken is still cause for hilarity at family gatherings even 19 years later. It looked like something an elephant would have sneezed out.

Molasses Cookies
Added raisins & next time will add a little more flour to make a bit more stiff... I like my molassass cookies to be a bit more chewey. But the flavour for these is awesome.

Wookie Cookies
Although these can't be classified as 'terrible' I still found that I needed to add a lot of additional ingrediants to the mix in order for it to be enjoyable. For a higher star rating I reccomend that you add some cinnamon, nutmeg, coconut flakes, small ammount of cocoa & a smidge of brown sugar.

Amazing Banana Sorbet
Due to the reviews I cut back the sugar a bit. I also added a pinch each of cinnamon & nutmeg, an additional banana a dash of cocoa & a splash of milk. It came out beautifully. Next time I'm going to add some strawberries just to see what happens.
