Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2011
We love these cookies!!! I did add an extra 1/2 cup regular oatmeal, used butter instead of margarine & added a tsp of vanilla. Not too much PB, just enough oatmeal, great texture, crispy outside, chewy middle, & they look beautiful. All in all a GREAT cookie. We'll definitely be making these bad boys again!

Cookies 'n' Creme Fudge

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2011
This is one of the easiest recipes ever. Anyone can make these. I had a ton of great comments about these. I included these in a gift bag for employees & clients. I didn't want to tell anyone what the recipe was though. It was much too simple.

Kellogg's® Chocolate Scotcheroos

I didn't like the flavor of these at all. I must not be a butterscotch fan. :-(

Raspberry and Almond Shortbread Thumbprints

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2011
I made these to go in my Christmas goody gift bags for staff & clients. Oh my gosh. These little things are good. They're tender & literally melt in your mouth. I was thinking that the raspberry wouldn't be that good, but OH MY GOODNESS...amazing. Everyone raved about them!

Unbelievable Rolls

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2010
THANK YOU SHERLIE!!! I've never made homemade rolls before. I bake a lot, but have always been hesitant to try bread. These are simple to make & taste absolutely amazing. The texture is soft & tender without being gummy. The sweetness is perfect! I made this for Thanksgiving & the whole family LOVED them!!! I wouldn't change a thing. :-)

Ghirardelli® Ultimate Double Chocolate Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2009
This is one of our favorites. They are a cross between, fudge, brownies, & a super chocolaty cookie. My advice is to not let the dough set up for longer than about 40 minutes. If it becomes too hard, for some reason, it makes the cookies drier & kind of crumbly. We've tried them with pecans also, but the walnuts are a must. Hope you love them as much as we do. :-)

Chocolate Pecan Pie III

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2009
It wasn't quite chocolate(y) enough for us so I added an extra tablespoon of cocoa (I used the Hershey's cocoa that is half regular & half Dutch Processed) & put mini chocolate chips in the bottom of the crust. The family went crazy over it. In my opinion, the added extras made it a 5+ star pie. It just became one of our favorites.

Red Wine Pork

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2009
I used a pork loin roast. I added extra mushrooms, added the bacon used to render the bacon fat, served it all with gnocci...absolutely delicious & super tender! We could literally cut it with a fork. My hubby & I both ate two servings & were stuffed. Will be making again & again.
