Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2009
I make Peanut Butter fudge often and though I'd make this recipe for a change from my tried and true. It had a good taste but was very dry...not creamy. Try using 2c.sugar, 1/2c.milk (boil 3 min) than add 1 1/3c.peanut butter and 7oz. marshmellow fluff. This is the best, creamiest recipe you will find and soooo easy!

Ooey-Gooey Cinnamon Buns

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2008
Instead of melting the butter and putting in a 9x13 pan, I've always used cake pans. Take butter right from fridge and slice into 1/2 tbs pieces. Scatter brown sugar, nuts, and butter pieces in bottom of cake pans. Continue with directions for recipe. When done, invert onto plate and you have your topping.

Apple Bundt Cake

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2004
Excellent Bundt cake. I use 3 large Honeycrisp apples and stirred them into the batter. I also only used 2 tsp. baking powder because I like a heavier cake. My timing was about 45 min. After cooling, I glazed it with : boil on med...1/2c butter, 1/4 c water, 1 c. sugar, 2 tsp. imitation rum or vanilla. Boil stirring constantly for 5 min. Pour over cake.

Heavenly White Cake

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2004
Delicious white cake. This is a very heavy cake..just what I was looking for. I followed others advice and creamed the butter with the flour first and then did the egg whites. I used regular flour and the cake seemed fine. I also added about 2/3 cup more milk as others did. I used about 2 tsp. of vanilla because I didn't have almond extract. For the icing I mixed 8oz. cream cheese, a 1lb. box of powdered sugar, and 2 tbls. of milk. This would make an excellent coconut cake by substituting 1/2 of the milk from the batter with fresh coconut milk and shredding lots of coconut onto the icing!

Grandma Betty's Ice Cream Cake

This is a great "cake"! Try it in every flavor. Use frozen yogurt and low fat milk to make it a little more healthy. I use vanilla wafers for the crust. A+++++++++++!!!!

These were so good even without the topping. I made them for my daughters pre-school and they loved them!

Broccoli Lasagna

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2001
This was a big hit with the entire family! It reminds me of white/broccoli pizza that you get from a pizzaria!! It was sooo good that if you don't like broccoli, you could omit it and the lasagna would still be great!
