Tasty Baked Meatballs

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2010
Wow...that says it all! I followed the recipe exactly and what I got were the best meatballs ever! Very moist, flavorful, and melt-in-your mouth delicious. My boyfriend raved over them and even gave the recipe to his mother. That says a lot! Thank you for the recipe. I will definitely make them again and will probably even try it as a meatloaf.

Red Skinned Potato Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2007
I have finally found the perfect potato salad recipe! The potatoes weren't mushy and I think that putting them in the fridge too cool is the key. The only changes I made were to use 1 tsp. of celery salt (my husband can't eat raw celery), omit the salt, and I only used 8 slices of bacon. It was perfect and I will certainly be making this one again! Thanks for the recipe!

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches

Reviewed: May 10, 2007
overall a good recipe. I made a few changes. I used beef broth instead of water and 2 packs of Italian dressing mix. It turned out a little salty for my taste so next time I will use half beef broth, half water and omit the salt. Also too peppery. I will cut that in half next time. I served these on sub rolls with provolone cheese and put them under the broiler for a few minutes. I will make this again.

The Most Incredible Pancake Bites Ever

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2007
I just made these for breakfast for my two girls who both gobbled them up. After making a few changes they were really good. I halved the recipe by using one cup of pancake mix and the full amount of everything else. I did not have soy milk so I used regular and used ground cinnamon instead of cinnamon sugar. I would make these again.

Caroline's Chocolate Fudge Frosting

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2006
This was very easy to make and sooooo yummy! In fact my 4 year old daughter is licking the leftovers out of the bowl as I sit here. I made it as directed except I only used 1/4 cup of milk. Perfect spreading consistency.
