Cedar Plank-Grilled Salmon with Garlic, Lemon and Dill

This can only be described as excellent. My husband, who is not the biggest fan of salmon, said that it was the best he'd ever had. I love salmon and thought the same thing. I am so happy to have found a recipe that we both love...now we can have salmon more often! THANKS!!

Sassy Steak Marinade and Sauce

My husband loved this sauce, and he even asked me to make it to put on his burgers!! The ingredients sound a little funny, but I Wouldn't cange a thing!

Potato Chip Casserole

Delicious! I would just say, however, if you're not a garlic lover, maybe sauté the garlic first or use garlic powder instead.

Strawberry Shortcake

This is very delicious! The cake is like a sweet biscuit, but that's how old fashioned is! It's got such a "soft" taste - not overpowering! I will be making this over and over and over. My brother, son and husband loved it!! And it's pretty easy too! I did add about 3 tbs of sugar and 2 tsp of vanilla to the whipped cream when it was just about fully whipped. Delicious!

Chicken, Cheese, and Biscuits

Easy and tasty. I added extra cheese both in the sauce and melted on top. Cooked the biscuits separate because I was afraid of them getting soggy. My husband, son and brother loved it.

Ham and Cheese Bowties

This was really tasty and easy to make. I prefer it with bread crumbs along with the Parmesan cheese to top and with broccoli mixed in. I like to either steam the broccoli or cook it in chicken broth for extra flavor. Adding the broccoli makes it a one dish meal.
