My 2006 New Year's Resolution is to cook more tofu! And I've already made "Orange-Ginger Tofu Triangles" twice, so I guess I'm off to a good start.
My favorite things to cook
I like to go to the grocery store, decide on a vegetable, and buy one of every kind of that veggie the store has (I live near a grocery store which gets great produce and lots of it, so this often results in a lot of food). Success stories include heirloom tomato pasta sauce, "Seventeen peppers for seventeen people" chili (yum!), and some damn good creamy mushroom sauce.
