Fabulous Beef Tenderloin

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2009
This recipe is AWESOME! So buttery and yummy. We only had 1/4 c soy when we made this, so modified by using an additional 1/4c teriyaki and 1/4 c worcestershire sauce. BRILLIANT!

Maple Salmon

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2009
This was a very easy recipe for a quick...I just got home what can I make for dinner?? If you have salmon on hand of course. The syrup was not too overpowering. Just PLEASE make sure you use REAL maple syrup. You will not get the same taste with an imitation.

Easy Baked Tilapia

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2009
This was an alright recipe. I thought it was a bit too bland. I also recommend cooking the veggies seperate from the fish, the water from the veggies, made the fish watery and took longer to cook.

Chocolate Cherry Merlot Brownies

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2009
My husband LOVED these brownies. I am not a big fan of cherries to begin with so I thought they were a bit too tangy for the brownies. They were still good though. Will use this recipe again.

Herb and Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2009
This was a pretty easy recipe. It did not produce alot of sauce, so the noodles were a little dry. I would use more broth. I would say you could double it, although it maybe a little too spicy then. I was certainly good and I will be using this recipe again.

Chocolate Cream Cheese Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2007
I made this for my husband's birthday. I left the zucchini out as well and doubled the cream cheese. It was good, I thought it was a little dry though. 4 stars because my husband loved it and it was his birthday cake!!

West Coast Cod and Shrimp

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2007
This recipe was YUMMY!!! My husband actually found the recipe and made it himself. Turned out beautifully. May taste better with wild rice. Regular rice is just too bland for our tastebuds. Will certainly make this again.

Maple Roast Turkey and Gravy

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2007
I made this for my family when they came out for Thanksgiving. It was good. I would suggest making the apple butter a day or two ahead of the big turkey day. It will give it more time to "set". Otherwise very good recipe. Moist and delicious!!

Charleston Breakfast Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2007
I made this when my family came out for Thanksgiving. It was a huge hit! My husband just ate it up. Since some in my family don't like peppers,I only put them on one half of the casserole. Turned out GREAT! I will make this again for sure!!

Burgundy Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2007
This was a quick and easy recipe. Not much flavor to it though. I used an inexpensive red to marinate the pork in. Still not much taste.

Salmon with Brown Sugar and Bourbon Glaze

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2006
I served this for my husband the first night he got home from a one year tour in South Korea. It felt like we were at a resteraunt. I served it with wild rice, brown sugar glazed baby carrots and a nice bottle of Chardonnay. This will be a regular for us now!!!!
