Bill's Sausage Gravy
We use regular sausage, half and half instead of milk, no flour. It will thicken on it's own. The longer you simmer it, the better it tastes. Also can't forget the Lawrey's seasoned salt. We swear by it!

One Dish Bourbon Chicken
This was very good. The whole family liked it. t wasn't what I was looking for though. I wanted it to taste like what we buy at the Cajun restaurant. I'll keep looking.
