Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2012
Wow. These are great! They remind me of little muffin tops, so if you're not into chewy/cake-like cookies...these are not for you. I also halved the baking powder, did 1/2 cup white sugar; 1/2 cup brown sugar and I added 3 very ripe bananas (I didn't measure). I left my oven at 400 and baked them for 12 min on my stoneware, which generally adds more time onto my cooking time...so, for me, the oven temp was good. If you're using a reg cookie sheet- maybe turn the temp down. Thank you!!

YUM. I also added the mini choco chips and should have doubled the rum...next time!

Chicken Scampi II

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2009
Wow! I usually don't comment on the recipe, but this was too good! I also added 1/2 cup chardonnay with the lemon juice (I didn't even have enough lemon juice, and it still turned out great), and mushrooms. I could just make this sauce with rice or orzo and be very happy!!

Cinnasweet Pumpkin Seeds

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2007
What a disapointment! They were dripping with margarine and again, mine were burned- and I really watched them. I think the oven temp is too high. Anyway, I won't be wasting my time again.

This is very good. I also added some more vegies, like broccoli, water chestnuts and baby corn. Very tasty, will make again.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2006
These are very tasty. Suggest doubling the recipe, since a can of pumpkin contains at least 1 1/2 cups- that way, you're not wasting the pumpkin. Replaced oil for apple sauce and are very moist! Always a request from my husband and co-workers.

Down Home Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2006
This is great!! A family favorite. My husband suggested topping the mac & cheese with bacon bits instead of the bread crumbs and this was a much bigger hit than with the bread crumbs. Either way, it's excellent!!
