Strawberry and Feta Salad

Grape and Feta Salad

I liked this one! I had to get Greek Dressing just for it, but it was sooo good with it. The flavours really combine well, and this was my first time really having radishes. So enjoyable! It made an awful lot for four people, so we still have leftovers!

Corn and Rice Medley

I like corn, and I like rice... so I've made a couple of these corn/rice recipes and they've all been good. This one, like the others, proves to be delicious. Will not use as many shallots next time, though, or will chop them finely.

Pasta with Asparagus

I really liked this, I thought it had a good flavour. My boyfriend thought it was 'okay', and some of the other people I gave it too didn't enjoy it as much. Doesn't really reheat well, but it was good fresh!

Egyptian Rose Leaves

Sooo yummy. I love these, being a huge fan of the 'rose' flavour. I did half of them the way as directed, the other half with cherry cordial filled Hershey Kisses-- both sets turned out really well! Mmm. They don't freeze and keep as well as some other cookies, but they're still yummy after time. They just loose their flavour and texture somewhat.

This was pretty good! I liked it, though there was a sort of curious flavour to it. I think I'll chop my herbs a little more next time, maybe diminish on a few of them.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast

My bacon turned out weird-- but I'm also really picky about how cooked my bacon is. Overall the flavours were good, I just think next time I'll cook the bacon seperately and lay on top like some other people have done to make it easier.

Fig and Lemon Chicken

Okay. My chicken turned out a little tough, but I porbably overcooked it. The sauce was a little tart? I also left the peels on the lemons and agree with another reviewer-- I think they'd have been better without the peel. Even though I really like lemon peel. Served this with couscous. I didn't not like it, I thought it was good, but it wasn't the best dish I've made from here.

Cardamom Chicken with Salt and Pepper Crust

This had a nice crispy exterior. It was really good! I liked the flavour, you'd think it'd be bland but the marinade gives it tons of flavour.

Moroccan Chicken with Polenta

This was really good, everyone I made it for devoured it. It took me forever to find polenta, I was on the verge of just making some before I found it, and it wasn't wild mushroom, unfortunately. I added mushrooms to make up for it... I also added some vegetables, mimicing the round shape of the polenta. Like Zuchinni. Turned out really well!

Absolutely amazing. Everyone I made this for raved about it and continue to rave about it. Nice and rich, God it was delicious! I served it with green beans and garlicy parmesian mashed potatoes. Mmm!

Pumpkin Curry Soup

I. Love. It. I'm a real soup nut anyway, but god this was good. After making it as directed, every time I'd reheat it to have a bowl I'd add something to try it. More curry, perhaps? Or some golden raisens. Some corn? It was delicious all the ways, this flavour just goes with everything!

Apricot Lentil Soup

This is a delicious, hearty soup. I even made the black bread to go with it, per suggestion-- it does go good together! Fills you up fast, so the six servings suggested has last me for forever!

Pork Chops with Raspberry Sauce

Good, just as everyone said. I doubled the sauce, but left out some vinegar. I used half of the white wine vinegar and half balsamic. It gave it a nice tangy flavour, too! My porkchops took longer to cook, but they were also really thick. Should've pounded 'em down.
