Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
This has become my favorite cookie recipe! I made only one change. Instead of adding chocolate chips, I chopped one large Hershey Special Dark bar and 1 large Belgium Milk Chocolate bar and added it to the dough. (I think each bar is 1/4 pound) Everyone goes crazy for my cookies and begs for the recipe!

Mall Pretzels
Yummm! I made these as "pizza" pretzels for dinner. I combined parmesan cheese, garlic POWDER,(garlic salt can make it too salty.), and Italian seasoning. After brushing my pretzels with melted butter I pressed them into the parmesan mixture and served with pizza sauce for dipping. It was soooo good. I also didn't want to make all 12 pretzels at once so I refridgerated 1/2 of the dough in a zip lock bag for later. I laid the bag on the counter to get closer to room temp. for a few hours and then shaped, let rise and bake. They turned out just as good as my first batch!

Corn Casserole III
This is a great recipe but it needs cheese!! I used about 2 cups of shredded cheese. Bake the casserole first with out the cheese and ten minutes before it's done, pull it out and add the cheese. Bake 10 more minutes and it's perfect!
