Artichoke Spinach Lasagna
This is fantastic - I followed suggestion of others and did not cook the noodles ahead of time - I also reduced the broth amount to about 10oz. and used a 16oz package of frozen spinach. I would definitely make this again - hearty but not too heavy and really good flavor combo.

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes
These were pretty good. I omitted the bacon since I don't eat it. I think next time I would reduce the sour cream as it was a bit much for me. I also would add some black olives - my mom used to make twice baked potatoes with black olives and cheddar and they were to die for. I think this recipe is a good base that can be added to or altered to suit you.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
This was great - super quick and easy and yummy. And I had all of the ingredients on hand which I appreciate.
