Oatmeal Butterscotch Cookies

I recommend using the recipe on the bag of butterscotch chips. They come out perfect every time and I have never had problems with the dough or the shape of cookies.

Grandma's Lemon Meringue Pie

I got a ton of complements on this pie when I made it for father's day. I don't like eating pieces of lemon zest, so after zesting, I chopped it up pretty fine and everyone told me that they didn't get chunks of lemon zest. I didn't get the sealing the work. Although I did the meringue as the filling was cooking, I guess I still waited too long before pouring it on top. Will try to do it when it's even hotter next time.

Four Cheese Macaroni and Cheese

My husband made this and forgot the egg and milk and it was still great! He also put some salsa on top and that really gave it a kick. For those who think it is bland, maybe using sharp cheddar would give a better flavor.

Carrot Cake III

I made this cake as a bundt style for Easter and everyone loved it. I thought it was very light and extremely moist. The frosting was also delicious and everyone couldn't believe I made it from scratch! Thanks so much for posting this recipe!
