Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2011
This is a GREAT recipe!! The only thing I changed was to use 1 cup of chicken broth instead of a 3/4 cup. It was delicious and I will be making it again, for sure!!

Zesty Red Potatoes

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2010
I wouldn't use more than the 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes on the potatoes. I followed what other reviewers recommended and used 1 teaspoon and they were WAY too spicy. I like spicy foods too andmy mouth was burning. Overall these potatoes are really yummy and I will be making them again with less red pepper flakes.

Baked Salmon with Coconut Crust

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2010
Very easy recipe! I just drizzled 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of butter at the last 6 minutes of cooking. It turned out very tasty and flavorful. My husband really liked it and he said he could eat it every night! It was a dish that we will be making often.

Bev's Orange Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2009
This recipe was VERY easy and very yummy! I used only 1 cup of OJ for 4 skinless, bone-in thighs, added 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger and it was a great tasting dinner. Also, I only baked it for 1 hour, 15 minutes because I didn't want the chicken to become dry & over-cooked. It turned out just right & I will definitely be making it again!
