I love to experiment & duplicate my favorite restaurant dishes on my own...or create new recipes using the ingredients I have on hand. It is an enjoyable challenge to create or change a recipe healthily and still yummy without changing the whole character of the dish. Also, creating recipes for those who have allergies to specific ingredients like: wheat, eggs, milk, is a hobby to me because I want everyone to be able to enjoy my dish and to brighten everyones day. I know how it is to really want to enjoy or crave something and not be able to have it because of just one ingredient.

My grandma's oatmeal bars...the best thing on the planet and has a little bit of healthiness in them! ;-)
My cooking triumphs
I made a angel food cake wheat-free with rice & tapioca flour for my mom (who is allergic to all wheat flour) and it came out amazing!

Let's just say I'm still learning Asian style cooking...and I love it despite my attempts.
