Fluffy Pancakes

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2014
I will never buy pancake mix again!!! This recipe is amazing . Doubling the recipe is a must for my family of 5. I'm so happy I ran out of mix and tried this recipe!!! I made mine on a electric griddle on 375. They cooked fast, fluffy, and delicious:)

Creamy Pumpkin Pie

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2012
This pie is worth the extra effort!!! Every year I bake every pumpkin we get in the fall ,then I purée all of the pumpkins in my blender and store it in freezer bags with 4 cups in each bag so I can make pies whenever I want. I double the spices and make two pies out of the mixture. This recipe makes the best pumpkin pies I have ever tasted!!! Goes great with graham cracker pie crust.

Chicken Spaghetti Casserole I

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2008
I love this recipe!!! I have made it several times and have perfected it to my own taste and family size. I brown my chicken in oil with the onion and bell pepper (I use red), add a clove of garlic minced to the pan as well as some garlic herb seasoning. I make a full box of spaghetti, instead of doubling the soup i add one can cream of mushroom one can cream of chicken and i throw in a can of diced tomatoes with mild green chilles, I also substitute chicken broth for the wine like some other reviewers had suggested. It has been a huge hit everytime. Thank you so much for such a great recipe!!!

Garlic Ranch Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2007
I made almost as directed. Used Regular ranch dressing 3 cloves garlic chopped and since i did not have fresh or dry basil i used about a tablespoon of mrs dash italian seasoning and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder. I cooked on the george forman grill about 7 min added salt and pepper when it was finished. I was going to put extra ranch on the side to dip but it was perfect and didnt need anything more. I dont know why some people said it was bland. I will definatly make this again the kids and my hubby both loved it. Thanks for a great recipe.

Sticky Buns II

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2007
These turned out better then expected. I did come across the same sticky dough problem but I used a ton of flour to kneed and roll and was able to prepare no problems. I made a icing with powdered sugar, vanilla, cream cheese, margarine and a dab of water. The kids loved them and enjoyed helping on a rainy day. Thanks for the great simple recipe!!!!
