The cheddar cheese makes this extremely oily. I have tried many different combos and have found that Maries Bleu Cheese dressing, Franks Buffalo Wing Sauce and mozzarella instead of cheddar is best (waaaaay less greasy). When I used the canned chicken, it had a tendency to get "lost" so I have started to use fresh chicken that I boil/bake and the shred. If taking to a party, I will put in a crock pot (layering w/ cream cheese on very bottom, then chicken, hot sauce, mozzarella and finally dressing). The chicken wing dip idea is great, but I had to play around with this quite a bit.
