I grew around food. My parents owned a bakery when I was young and my mom always made delicious home cooked meals. I try and reserve my very favorite comfort foods to occasional treats and cook healthy clean meals on a daily basis. I love making cookies and cupcakes. I really love to bake but enjoy cooking too. I love simple, creative, healthy, quick & easy recipes with lots of flavor for week night dinners. It's as simple as a fresh pot of pop corn made on the stove by the best grandma in the world (mine, of coarse!!!) during a Friday or Saturday night sleep over.
