I would give this ten stars if I could! So good, so addictive, watch out you might gain a few pounds from this!! I did bake it to dry it out as well. The third time I made it I added more peanut butter but it wasn't as good. If you add more pb, then add more marshmallows too. You really need that sweet and stickiness from the marshmallows. Make this recipe, you won't be sorry!!

Chocolate Cherry Biscotti

This was my least favorite out of six biscotti recipes from this site. I had to substitute maraschino cherries for the candied cherries as I did not have any. Not sure if that is the reason why or not, but this biscotti was not real crisp and hard like I like it to be. Hubby and I both disliked how soft they turned out but thought the flavor combo was pretty good. Try this recipe but use the candied cherries and maybe bake it a few more minutes.

Coconut Walnut Biscotti

Awesome biscotti! This is the first of six different kinds that I made from this site and it is my favorite out of all of them. Followed recipe as written but sub. pecans for the walnuts and toasted the coconut. Try this, it really is the best!!

Spring Biscotti

While this is a pretty simple recipe and it turned out great, I really did not like the taste. I typically like orange and cranberries together but for some reason it just didn't work for me in this recipe. I may try it again without the orange zest.

Mandarin Orange Cake I

This is a really good cake. I give it 5 stars because the taste is perfect. However I did alter the recipe a bit. I used 1/2 cup of oil because 1 cup sounded like too much fat for me. I made a double layer round cake and it turned out beautiful!! Next time I will leave out 1 egg and add toasted coconut or chopped pecans on top for a little something extra.

Tropical Salad with Pineapple Vinaigrette

I made this for a BBQ yesterday. I was surprised that I liked it so much but I ate 3 helpings!! It is different and very tasty. Has a pleasant and fresh taste, real summery. This is a keeper and I can't wait to make it again.

Zucchini Coconut Loaf

I absolutely love the flavor of this recipe. It certainly is not bland. The nutmeg works great with the zucchini. I doubled the ingredients and made 4 mini loaves and 1 regular size loaf. This will be my permanent recipe for zucchini bread!!

Mrs. Sigg's Peanut Butter Cookies

Do make these!!! The best peanut butter cookies I have ever had! I followed recipe except I added an extra half cup of peanut butter because too often the cookies I make do not have a stong enough peanut butter flavor. Adding the extra made these perfect!!! This makes a bunch so is great for a crowd and you will get great reviews!!!!

Deep Dark Chocolate Cookies

Oh my goodness!!These are great cookies. Even better if you enjoy them with a glass of milk. I used Reeses Peanut Butter baking pieces instead of chocolate chips and left out the nuts. Baked them for 7 minutes and turned out perfect. Leftovers are still soft and chewy. Yummy yummy!!
