Ashley's Chocolate Chip Cookies
I'd give this recipe 10 stars for the 1st and 3rd batches I made. I'm finding you can make this recipes the exact same way and sometimes you get flat and "meh" and sometimes you get thick and delicious. Worth the risk of the inconsistency if it hits just right.

Pecan Chicken Pockets
Looking for lunchbox ideas for the kids and this will be in rotation this school year. I left out the mushrooms since I didn't have them, but I think they'd add to the flavor of the sandwich. Pecans add a nice crunch. Very tasty!!

Grandma's Peach French Toast
Simple, delicious, and CHEAP. I spent less than 3 dollars to make the whole thing and it fed 8 people. Diced the peaches so they covered the dish better. Other than that, didnt change a thing!
