Mom's Goulash in the Microwave

Exactly what I had hoped it would be, thank you! My only change (ingredient wise) was that the diced tomatos had basil, oregano and garlic already mixed in which added fantastic flavor! I opted to saute the garlic, a little more celery and little less onion, browned the beef and simmered all together on the stovetop. (My microwave tends to go on the fritz so I prefer the stovetop.) Before serving I sprinkled a bit of parmesan cheese on the top. Fabulous.

World's Best Cream Cheese and Pineapple Dip

LOVED IT! Had a girls night in with a bunch of girlfriends and it was a real hit. I did add a pinch more onion powder and garlic though for a little more flavor. Thanks, will definately make again.

My Nancy's Pizzelles

THANK YOU! This tastes incredible and with perfect consistency. After making the pizzelles I sifted cinnamon sugar in with powdered sugar and lightly coated. WONDERFUL.

Famous Butter Chicken

Incredible. In the past year my family has decided that this is their favorite meal! I always add parmesan cheese into the cracker mix, as well as minced garlic. I often mix up the crackers,cheese and minced garlic - throw it into a ziploc bag and store in the fridge - very handy. We make chicken tenders with this, and have also topped the chicken at the very end with warm marinara or spaghetti sauce for a little something different! Thank you very much for this recipe!!!

Pita Pizza

This was a really fun dinner to make with our kids, everyone customized it to their liking, two had pepperoni, one had red, yellow & green peppers with mushrooms, and the other pepp, mush, and sausage. (I basically did a topping bar...) and then we added some crushed red pepper flakes on top for a kick. Whole wheat pitas were the way to go, and the kids were already begging to do this again. Thanks so much! It is nice to have an alternative to the expensive delivery...

Apricot Round Steak

Not for us. The meat was tough, although to be fair, round steak usually is. We just didn't feel that sauce complemented the meat at all - it was two intense flavors battling against each other.

Fresh Veggie Pockets

this is my kind of food! I hesitated reviewing this because I didn't add everything simply because I didn't have it on hand, however, that being said - this is a great base to a number of pita sandwiches! I used grape tomatoes (halved), sliced cucumber, cream cheese and seasoning salt, a sprinkle of mozz cheese and a whole wheat pita. I am positive had I added the mushrooms and avocado that I still would love it. Thanks for sharing.

Apricot Chicken I

Cashew Chicken Casserole

Bourbon Pecan Chicken

Very good! A little time consuming, and the sauce was a bit to dijon/buttery for our tastes so next time we will cut back on the added butter and dijon, perhaps add a midgen more dark brown sugar. We baked the chicken... prepared it the same, placed in glass pan - sliced 1/4 cup butter around chicken and baked at 375 for an hour. Seems to make the chicken much more tender rather than chewy. Thank you for this recipe!
