Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

I really wanted this to be fantastic, but not a single person wanted to eat it after the first bite and I ended up making peanut butter sandwiches for everyone to eat. I followed the directions exactly, but found the taste to be incredibly bland. I even tried to add some flavor after the first bite, and still ended up throwing the whole dish out. I think I will stick with another baked mac on this site.

Pumpkin Fluff Dip

Seriously fantastic and simple! I made for a university student seminar and ran out of dip within the first half hour, people begged me to go make more. Pretzels and sliced apples were the favorite dipper. THANK YOU!!

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

We don't much like pork but I try to serve it anyway, and this made it not only tolerable, but all of it disappeared. Thank you! I wish the sauce would have turned out a bit thicker, but other than that I can't complain.

Blackberry Spinach Salad

Absolutely Delish! I substituted pecans for walnuts simply because it was something that I had on hand, didn't have edible flowers (bummer) but thought this was simply fantastic. I love salads, essentially live on them and this is a perfect addition. Thank you for sharing.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Thank you, thank you, thank you. I made an appetizer off of here for the super bowl yesterday - and it was TERRIBLE. I found this, and it was great, perfect. I am eating it right now too with a little vanilla yogurt on top of the cinnamon chips and with the salsa on top. MMMMM!

What else is there to say? Everyone here has covered it! Good as is, Great with Lipton Mushroom sauce instead of the sauce here. Fantastic base recipe, lots of room for variation and different tastes. Thanks for this.

THANK YOU! This tastes incredible and with perfect consistency. After making the pizzelles I sifted cinnamon sugar in with powdered sugar and lightly coated. WONDERFUL.

Bourbon Pecan Chicken

Very good! A little time consuming, and the sauce was a bit to dijon/buttery for our tastes so next time we will cut back on the added butter and dijon, perhaps add a midgen more dark brown sugar. We baked the chicken... prepared it the same, placed in glass pan - sliced 1/4 cup butter around chicken and baked at 375 for an hour. Seems to make the chicken much more tender rather than chewy. Thank you for this recipe!

Didn't bake as nice as I had hoped but really had nice flavor. I think either the temp needs to be lowered or the cook time changed because they were slightly tough due to overcooking.

Mom's Goulash in the Microwave

Exactly what I had hoped it would be, thank you! My only change (ingredient wise) was that the diced tomatos had basil, oregano and garlic already mixed in which added fantastic flavor! I opted to saute the garlic, a little more celery and little less onion, browned the beef and simmered all together on the stovetop. (My microwave tends to go on the fritz so I prefer the stovetop.) Before serving I sprinkled a bit of parmesan cheese on the top. Fabulous.

Mini Meatloaves

My kids and hubby thought these were great, very family friendly! 4 stars because they weren't quite as impressive taste-wise as some of the other meatloaves on this site. I think the kiddos loved it because they were mini!
