So So Delicious - and low-carb/low-cal. We made a double batch and took this in our lunches for a few days. Made the recipe as stated, but sprinkled some cayenne in my portion to add a little kick. Thanks for a wonderful recipe, Judi!

Feta Cheese and Roasted Red Pepper Soup

I love the idea of this soup and think it would work with modifications, but as written it is not good. We cut the salt and soy sauce in half and it is still too salty. It tastes more like feta soup than red pepper soup. I would reduce the feta by half next time.

Asian Lettuce Wraps

I would give this a 5 - I absolutely LOVED it! My husband and son said 4 so I went with the majority. I added in the chile pepper paste and they felt that it was way too spicy. If you don't like spice - beware! It packs a serious punch. I will definitely make this again - thanks so much for a great recipe, Rachel!

Creamy Carrot Soup

I appreciate this recipe so much. My mom was recently diagnosed with cancer and really has very little appetite. I read that carrots are a great natural cancer fighter and made this soup. She liked it and ate the leftovers for the next two days. We'll be making this one often.

This is absolutely delicious - it got rave reviews from the adults AND the teenagers. We prepared it exactly as the recipe stated, and we served it with shredded lettuce, cheese and sour cream, just like a taco. We've already decided it would be a good dish for a potluck...

Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way

Okay - After hosting Thanksgiving for the last 8 years, this is the first time I can really say that my turkey was perfect! It seemed like there was a ton of broth, but it surely did the trick, because even the white meat was moist and delicious. Next year I will not have to go searching for another recipe - thank you so much, Robin!
