I used a little less meat, a little more pasta and it was really good. Everybody ate all their dinner, which is saying a lot at my house.

Virginia Clise Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2007
This recipe is incredible! It is very forgiving and it makes a ton of dough. When I half the recipe it still makes two dozen large dinner rolls. These are super simple dinner rolls to make and they always scores lots of compliments. I am very, very impressed with this recipe.

Glazed Apple Cookies

Aside from using Craisins instead of raisins and baking at 350 for 12 minutes, I baked these cookies as instructed. They are really good. A nice cookie for Fall. My kids loved that they had "frosting."

Slow Cooker Pizza

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2007
I don't necessarily think this needs to be made in the slow cooker. It is nice that it can be, if needed. I made mine on the stove and then baked it in the oven at 350 for about 20 minutes. The kids gobbled it right up.

My whole family loves this recipe. Rarely are there any leftovers. My son calls it, "Really good meat." The only adjustment I make to the recipe is adding a 6 oz can of tomato sauce to the meat mixture. Yummy!

Lemon Jelly Filling

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2006
This Lemon Jelly Filling turned out perfectly! I used 4 lemons and got a smidge less than 2/3 cup of juice. The filling thickened nicely while cooking and thickened even more while cooling. The flavor was fabulous and I will certainly use this recipe again!
