Barbie's Tuna Salad

That is delicious! So much better than the standard mayo, mustard, relish. I didn't have the parmesan :( but it was delish anyway. Will add that NEXT TIME. Will def make it again. : )

I even made this with a refrigerator pack of mixed crab and shrimp + can of tuna--- I put a little too much celery- but it was GREAT and we at the whole bowl at one sitting : ) Thanks for a yummy recipe!

Mom's Best Macaroni Salad

Everyone, I mean EVERYONE went back for more! I had more requests for this recipe than ever before! Like other reviewers, I cut the sweetness back just a little (omit sugar or if doubling/tripling, one can of milk). I also tripled the recipe- worked great! THIS IS A KEEPER : )

Black Bean and Corn Salad II

A SUPER FAST (not quite as good of course) version of this is a can of black beans and a can of mexicorn, then do a quick version of the sauce w/ olive oil, lime juice, cumin, garlic, cayenne. Still quite yummy!!! Thanks for the great recipe :D

Cuban Smoked Sausage with Chickpeas

We enjoyed this meal. I doubled the tomato sauce (8 oz) and forgot to use the sherry. I'm sorry- I didn't check the spice amounts. Added a little Cajun seasoning to the whole pot and extra on hubby's bowl. It was very good! I will make this again :)
