Sweet Potato Pie I
I tried this version for one of my Christmas day pies and it was very good. The only changes I made was substituting light brown sugar for the white sugar, sub'ing evaporated milk for regular milk, and I added about 1 T. of all purpose flour. Very good flavor and good texture. I prefer sweet potatoe over pumpkin and this one is a keeper.

The Perfect Cinnamon Roll Icing
I followed the recipe and love the results! It has the right balance of flavors and the right consistency. It soaks in all the cracks and crevices to make an ooey gooey breakfast treat. The kids loved them.

Vanilla Ice Cream IV
I have tried many vanilla ice cream recipes and this one is the winner. The texture is very creamy and the flavor very full. I used 1 pint of cream rather than 1/2 pint but other than that went strictly by the recipe. A very nice recipe for those that simply like vanilla and a good base for those that like to add other flavors. Bravo and thanks for sharing.
