Beth's Chocolate Chip Cookies

So close to my Grandmother's recipe that I'd been searching for...my husband even likes them better than his own mother's...and that's saying something.

I've made this bread three times and each time I've had different consistency of dough...however it has baked up perfect. Light and fluffy. I almost feel like no matter what I do it's going to end up perfect.

Tuna Mushroom Casserole

This was okay. The flavors didn't seem consistent with what one would think of a tuna cassarole. I think it would be a lot better with chicken. It was decent.

No Bake Choco-Peanut-Oatmeal Cookies

I also had the problem with the cookies not hardening up as they were supposed to. I scraped them off the waxed paper and microwaved them for a minute and they were better. Next time I'll boil them longer. The taste is delicious...yummy.

Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup

Very good. If you don't want your soup to be purple from the black beans I recommend rinsing them before putting them in the soup. I added garlic powder and onion salt to taste. I used cooked chicken breast meat instead of the canned. Was great with chedder and tortilla chips. Fairly healthy as well.

Bow Tie Tuna Florentine

This recipe was really quite good and easy. I personally thought that three cans of tuna was a little much. Next time I make it I'm going to only make it with two. It's a really great idea and I think would also be great with chicken. The only problem I really had was when I was mixing it the pasta broke apart a little and this was frustrating. Other than that it was great.
