Jay's Signature Pizza Crust
My family of 4 adults has been making this crust for our weekly pizza Friday, which is really a giant adult pizza party. ONE batch of this pizza crust makes enough so that the 4 of us (2 gents + 2 ladies) can have our own pizza with our favorite toppings. It is delicious, makes us all feel like we are cheating on our diets, and is amazing thin or thick! Delicious with a little salt on the crust and is super easy to make!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lentils and Rice with Fried Onions (Mujadarrah)
I really LOVE this recipe. It is incredibly easy to make and suits all of my family's dietary needs. I cook my rice and lentils separate, I steam my rice, and then cook a bunch more onions because I love the taste. I do believe some of the other reviewers recommended adding spice to the lentils, so that's what I did too and it gave the lentils a little bit more flavor.

Vegetarian Stuffed Peppers
I really enjoyed the recipe as written, but can only give 4 out of 5 for these reasons: 1) doesn't say what to do with the tofu, you could probably use firm silken, which might be better 2) not enough tomato sauce I would almost double the amount of sauce, mix it in with the rice AND put it on top. BTW... I just used a can of unsalted tomato sauce and it added the perfect amount of flavor. I love this recipe other than what is stated above... It will be added to my go to recipe book :)
