Kickin' London Broil with Bleu Cheese Butter

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2012
Fantastic recipe! Supper easy and it was delicious! I served this for a new years party and it was a hit. I also used a grill pan and it was scrumptous andtook less than 10 mins to cook to the right doneness. My guests loved it topped with the butter as it added something special. Thanks for sharing!!

Ten Minute Enchilada Sauce

I agree with the others! This is the best sauce out there! It made a lot so I was trying to find extra stuff to use it with because I didn't want to waste it... It was VERY tasty

Holiday Appetizer Puffs

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2009
I loved the puffs-- I was amazed at how easy they were to make! I did get nervous though after the addition of the eggs because it got runny, but the turned out great! The crab filling was nice and light, but it lacked the "umph" factor. I think it needs something more for a little kick, but otherwise, they were a great hit and had nice reviews from guests. Thanks for sharing

All I can say is this was FANTASTIC! I loved it (as did everyone else who tried it!) I guess I used a pan that was a little smaller than what was called for becuase it was a little thick... but it was DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!! Thanks for sharing!

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: May 18, 2008
Oh My Gosh! That is all there is to say about these! Obviously they are great, (almost 2000 people have said so!) I used fat- free cream cheese and Splenda to lower the calories a bit... It was fantastic! A word of caution.. they need to be cooked 20 min at least becuase I did 15 and they weren't done all the way. Also, if you have leftovers, (which is rare), they don't heat up so well... at least in the microwave. They are still great, a litle tough, but still good! Thanks for the recipe!

Chicken Chimichangas

Reviewed: May 7, 2008
Very good! I omitted the olives and the topping, using the advice of another viewer (with salsa and sour cream). I also used the enchilada sauce recipe from this site as well. That was good. Overall they were very tasty. Word of advice: Rolling can be difficult! Make sure that the tortillas are hot before/during rolling so they don't crack!

Chicago Dip

This was excellent! I took the advice of adding the dry onion soup mix and it really added an extra "umph." Great recipe and thanks for sharing!

Ooey-Gooey Cinnamon Buns

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2006
Maybe it is just me and being a new cook, however, I have tried this recipe twice now exactly to the directions. Each time there is either not enough flour called for or I am not sure how to properly kneed the dough! Anyway, the dough is so sticky that I am constantly peeling it off my hands, already coated in dough. When using an addition of flour, the rolls come out very dry. It must be me since this recipe has recived rave reviews from others but I am afraid I will try another recipe

Caramel Apple Pie II

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2006
This has been the best apple pie I have ever tasted. It is so good that my boyfriend's mother is jealous and wants the recipe! The only suggestion is to use maybe 5-10 caramels instead of the full 20. I did and it wasn't so sweet but still just as good!
