This is a wonderful recipe. The only think I changed is to use raw broccoli instead of frozen, cooked broccoli and I added the bacon right into the mixture instead of using it as a topping. I also reduced the amount of mustard slightly to suit our tastes.

Bean and Veggie Pitas

Outstanding recipe! I think the dressing is what really makes the dish. I make it as a salad and pour the dressing over it and eat it without pitas also, and it's great.

Classic Cuban Midnight (Medianoche) Sandwich

My family loves this recipe. We always make them after having a pork loin or tenderloin the night before, and the Foreman Grill is great for pressing them. Thanks for a wonderful recipe!

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Wonderful recipe! The only thing I did, like others suggested, is dredge the chicken in flour to help thicken the sauce. I also doubled the sauce because it's so good over lots of rice and added stir fry veggies.

Amazing Italian Lemon Butter Chicken

This recipe is FABULOUS! I followed all the directions except I omitted the mushrooms. Also, you really don't need to use quite that much butter in the sauce...you can decrease it by about a stick and it still comes out fine. This is definitely not something you want to eat if you're watching calories though!

Cheesy Potato Salad

This is a very good recipe--especially if you don't like a mustard based potato salad. As others recommended, I reduced the sugar to only about one tbls. I also added salt and pepper to taste, extra bacon mixed in, and used light mayo and fat free sour cream instead of regular.

Irish Brown Soda Bread

I've never been to Ireland, but this bread was a little dull. It tasted okay, but definitely nothing special in my opinion! If you like a "healthful" bread, this is it.

Ham and Swiss Casserole

This was great! I ended up using the cream of mushroom soup, instead of the canned mushrooms and No Yolk egg noodles. I did get a bit of a scrambled egg texture out of the egg/milk mixture once it was cooked. I might try some sour cream mixed with the milk and eggs next time to make the mixture more creamy, but it doesn't really matter, because it tasted great.
