Picnic Chicken Pitas
This is a wonderful recipe. The only think I changed is to use raw broccoli instead of frozen, cooked broccoli and I added the bacon right into the mixture instead of using it as a topping. I also reduced the amount of mustard slightly to suit our tastes.

Bean and Veggie Pitas
Outstanding recipe! I think the dressing is what really makes the dish. I make it as a salad and pour the dressing over it and eat it without pitas also, and it's great.

Classic Cuban Midnight (Medianoche) Sandwich
My family loves this recipe. We always make them after having a pork loin or tenderloin the night before, and the Foreman Grill is great for pressing them. Thanks for a wonderful recipe!
