I really thought that with the number of awesome reviews that this wouldn't be a nightmare. The ingredients are quite a bit different from other sugar cookie recipes and I should have been much MUCH more skeptical. I had to almost double the amount of flour just to get it to come together into a dough. The dough tasted alright and I thought they might be ok. NO! After rolling out a pretty nice dough for rolling, I'll give them that, I cut them into CIRCLES (thats right, no crazy fancy angles or flowers) and baked them for about 8 minutes. They just spread all over the pan. After cooling they fell apart, had so much grease to them that it actually oozed through the box I had put them in! So bad. The only thing I can think of is that people on this site drastically altered the recipe and didn't mention it.
