Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2011
This was the best chicken I've ever made, I followed the directions except I used real butter instead of margarine. FAB-U-LOUS!

I made as directed (with the added cinnamon sprinkled on the apples before I added the molten goodness) and it was amazing.

My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2010
This is insanely good. I took some reviews suggestions and mixed it at first in the paper bag. I added craisins and almond slivers. This is amazing and I'll be making another batch since I'm probably going to eat the entire first batch I made to give away!

Tasted great even 10 minutes after I made it, I didn't have time to let it set but still very good!

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2010
MAKE THESE!! Totally worth the two hours to make and a million ingredients. This batch will feed 5 people easy. I made some Spanish rice on the side and that's all this dish needed. I followed the exact recipe and when I put the first bite in my mouth the clouds parted and angles sang. This is in my top 3 all time.

Naan

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2009
Awesome. I made it in my bread maker, combined all the ingredients (just 3 1/2 cups bread flour like another user suggested) and everything cooked up wonderful. I used a cast iron griddle and they bubbled up beautifully. The parts of the bread that were really thin ended up a bit chewy so next time I'll let them be a little thicker in the middle. Awesome naan, I'll never buy it in the store again.

Basic Flaky Pie Crust

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2004
this was my first time making pie crust from scratch. it turned out really good but it was pretty hard to roll out. it seemed like it was missing something- maybe i'll add a little more salt next time. i brushed the crust with egg white and i think that helped brown it a little. also next time i will make a serving or two more because i just barely had enough. i used this with the quiche lorraine I recipe - yum!
